Tanay Singh is a dedicated mortgage professional with a strong background in banking, lending and financial services. With experience helping clients navigate mortgages, personal lending, investments and insurance solutions, he is passionate about guiding individuals and families toward confident financial decisions.
Prior to entering the mortgage industry, Tanay worked as a Financial Services Representative-Lending Services with the Ladysmith & District Credit Union, where he advised members on mortgage financing, conducted lending assessments, reviewed applications and helped clients achieve their homeownership and financial goals. His experience also includes serving as a Financial Advisor with Scotiabank and several years in financial planning and insurance advisory roles.
Tanay has successfully completed the Mortgage Brokerage in British Columbia course through the UBC Sauder School of Business and holds the Investment Funds in Canada (IFC) certification through the Canadian Securities Institute. Holding a Master’s Degree in Finance, he combines academic expertise with hands-on industry experience to help clients make informed financial decisions and achieve their homeownership goals.
